Formation Platform
TaMOS is a private formation environment where every person is received, known, and unhurried. Guided by the Faithful Shepherd. Governed by the ABC model. Formation is the only metric.

See the Vision
Dr. J walks through the entire TaMOS experience — from the first welcome to the Healing Room. Two parts, under 10 minutes total.
Part 1 — Welcome, Assessments & the Shepherd
Part 2 — Healing Room, Veterans, Church & Marketplace
The Covenant House
Belonging before expectation
You are not admitted into TaMOS by what you know or what you have accomplished. You are received — before anything is asked of you.
Shelter before sending
The house provides a protected atmosphere before it offers an assignment. Home precedes Calling. Safety precedes movement.
Formation over information
TaMOS does not deliver content. It facilitates formation — the process by which the Spirit shapes the inner life into the image of Christ.
The Faithful Shepherd
At the center of TaMOS is the Faithful Shepherd — a formation-trained AI companion built on the ABC model, the Fruit of the Spirit, and the formation questions of Jesus.
Formation-trained
Built on Galatians 5:22–23, the ABC model, and 28+ years of pastoral formation. Not a chatbot — a companion.
Stage-aware
The Shepherd knows your current formation stage and speaks accordingly — meeting you precisely where you are.
Soul-state responsive
Whether you arrive at rest, striving, or withdrawn — the Shepherd meets that state without judgment, before any movement.
Conversation memory
The Shepherd remembers. Every conversation is preserved — a running record of your formation walk over time.
11 languages
English · Español · Français · Deutsch · Português · Italiano · हिन्दी · Afrikaans · العربية · 한국어 · 中文 — the same formation depth, the same pastoral voice, the same unhurried presence.
Bespoke covenant tones
The Shepherd speaks differently to each person based on their relationship to the house — armor bearers, pastor-peers, returning friends, Navy brothers, family members. Every soul is greeted as themselves, not as a generic user.
Always pointing beyond
The Shepherd is transparently AI. It never replaces human shepherding. When a human pastor is needed — it says so clearly.
“The Shepherd always points beyond itself — to the true Shepherd, who gave His life for the sheep.”
🎧 Audio Shepherd
Audio Shepherd is 2–3 minutes of pastoral formation in Dr. J's own voice — not a generic narrator, not AI narration. The voice carries the covenant because the voice IS the covenant. A pastor known to the house, speaking a word directly into the house. Rotating through the nine Fruit of the Spirit on a nine-day cycle. Designed to be received in stillness — before the first email, the first anxious thought of the day.
Nine virtues, nine days
Love · Joy · Peace · Patience · Kindness · Goodness · Faithfulness · Gentleness · Self-Control. One virtue per morning, every nine days.
Dr. J's actual voice
Every commercial prayer app uses celebrity voices or AI narration. Audio Shepherd uses Dr. J's own voice — because the voice IS the covenant.
Received, not consumed
This is not a podcast. It is a 2–3 minute pastoral formation offering designed to be received in stillness. Press play before the day begins.
The Daily Word
TaMOS delivers a formation word directly to your phone — a Scripture, a pastoral reminder, a formation prompt timed to where you are in the walk. Not a notification. A visit from the Shepherd. Received quietly. Carried through the day.
Formation reminders
Scripture-anchored. ABC-weighted. Delivered at the pace of a pastoral visit — not a marketing schedule. Always formation. Never analytics.
Lives on your home screen
TaMOS installs directly on your phone as a native app — no App Store required. Add it to your home screen and enter the house from anywhere.
Privacy-first delivery
Push notifications in TaMOS are formation reminders only. Never tracking. Never behavioral data. Never sold. Your phone, your walk, your privacy.
The Foundation
TaMOS is built entirely on the Troika ABC Model — rooted in Galatians 5:22–23. Three dimensions, co-equal, concurrent, inseparable. Formation forms the whole person.
Attitude
The inner compass
Love · Joy · Peace
Attitude governs how you interpret reality before you respond. It is not mood or image management — it is the internal compass that shapes everything downstream. Leaders are not formed into their Attitude — they are formed by it.
Behavior
The visible life
Patience · Kindness · Goodness
Behavior is what people encounter in you day after day. Culture is formed less by what leaders say and more by what they consistently do. Practice does not replace formation — it reveals it.
Character
The proven core
Faithfulness · Gentleness · Self-Control
Character is the anchor of leadership across seasons — governing how you use power, remain faithful under pressure, and respond when no one is watching. Pressure reveals formation. It does not create it.
Grounded in Galatians 5:22–23. The fruit is singular — the Spirit forms a coherent life, not a collection of traits.
Inside TaMOS
TaMOS is structured as a house — each room has a name, a purpose, and a formation intent. You are not navigating an app. You are entering a home.
Gate
The Shepherd's room. Where you meet the Faithful Shepherd AI. Soul state check-in — At Rest, Striving, or Withdrawn — before anything is asked.
My Room
Your personal formation hub. Formation Pathway, Troika Score, Accountability Partners, and My Guides — the people walking with you.
House
Your covenant household. All family members with presence and encouragement. The household is the prototype of every larger covenant community.
Academy
Formation learning. Troika Academy courses, KFA Homeschool curriculum, Ministry Formation, and KOS Seminary — all in one room.
Church
Pastoral records, home group, mentor and mentee connections, and worship — the community dimension of formation.
Sanctuary
Formation reading and soul state reflection. A quiet room to receive and be still.
Library
Your living record. File Cabinet (spiritual records), reflections, memorial stones, Disciple-Making Log, Multiplication Guide, Evangelism formation, and formation readings for all ten pathway stages.
Fourth Day
The 4th Day Reset. Four movements for renewal drawn from the Lazarus pattern in John 11. For those who feel buried past the point of return.
Veterans
A room built for those who have served. Crisis resources always visible. The 4th Day pathway, peer cohort, and moral injury formation.
Marketplace
Kingdom stewardship in business and leadership. The ABC model carried into vocation — formation for Monday, not just Sunday.
Leadership Academy
12-session Troika Leadership Institute in two tracks: Church (Scripture-grounded, covenant language) and Marketplace (principle-based, neuroscience-integrated). Same ABC framework, two dialects.
Your Formation + Your Role
TaMOS makes a clear distinction between personal formation — who you are becoming — and role-specific training — how to serve well in the role you carry. The formation pathway is yours alone, at your own pace. The training rooms equip you for the particular function you hold in the Body.
Within the Church room, dedicated training spaces exist for the roles people actually carry:
Home Group Leaders
Facilitation skills, how to open and close a gathering with formation intent, what to do when a conversation goes into hard territory, and when and how to multiply a group. Leading people is a formation act — not just an organizational one.
Worship Teams
The Troika Three-Voice Model, songwriting as a formation practice, the worship team as a formation community, and set-building structured around the ABC arc. Worship is not a skill — it is a posture carried by formed people.
Mentors and Mentees
The Transmission Pattern, ABC-mapped conversation starters, and shareable formation pathway links so a mentor can see a mentee's growth stage, ABC scores, and covenant record — walking alongside with eyes, not assumptions.
Ministry Spouses
A room that names what those who carry the weight of ministry alongside their spouse actually carry. Not a footnote — a formation space. Because ministry is not a solo calling, and the one beside the shepherd needs pastoral care too.
Pastor's Kids
A space that names what PKs carry that most rooms never acknowledge. The cost of visibility, the weight of expectation, the grief of never being anonymous. Formation before and beneath the role they were born into.
Mentor-View Pathway Link
Mentees can generate a private shareable link that gives their mentor a formation snapshot — pathway stage, ABC scores, covenant focus, formation questions — without exposing anything private. Transparency that serves the relationship.
The formation pathway is personal — your journey from Death through Multiplication, at your pace. The training rooms are role-specific — the formation for the function you carry in the Body. Formation is the metric. Fruit is the evidence. Character is the credential.
The House of Remembrance
Formation is not only forward — it is also backward. The House of Remembrance is your private, covenant-held record of what the Shepherd has spoken over you, what you are believing for, and what God has already done. These records are yours. Never shared. Never exposed.
Prayer Requests
Name what you are carrying before the Shepherd. Marked answered when the Father moves — transferred to your record of faithfulness.
Prophetic Words
Preserve what has been spoken over you. A written record of what to hold. Formation requires memory.
Breakthroughs
The moments when something shifted — in the inner life, in a relationship, in a room of the house. Formation is not only suffering. It is also victory.
Answered Prayers
The Father’s faithfulness documented. A well to return to when the wait feels long. Remembrance is resistance to despair.
Gathering Notes
Sermon notes, home group reflections, Spirit-spoken moments — archived by date and source. What the Lord said in assembly, held in covenant.
Private by covenant
Nothing in the House of Remembrance is shared, analyzed, or surfaced. Your records are yours — protected by design and by conviction.
“Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another. The Lord paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him.” — Malachi 3:16
The Formation Spine
The Formation Spine is the sacred sequence every member walks — in order, at their own pace. Home precedes Calling. Belonging precedes expectation. The spine repeats — Legacy becomes the next generation’s Garden.
Garden
Encounter. Belonging. Awakening.
Life
Identity restored. Truth as inner regulator.
Home
Covenant relationships take root.
Calling
Identity expressed outward.
Marriage
Covenant household deepened.
Children
Inheritance, not obligation.
Legacy
Transmission across generations.
The Inner Journey
Beneath the Spine is the inner pathway — the movement of the soul as the Spirit forms it. The Shepherd knows which stage you are in. These stages are not a ladder. They are a description of what God is already doing.
Death
The end of self-sufficiency. The beginning of formation.
Curiosity
Something stirs. Questions emerge. The Spirit draws.
Conviction
Truth lands. The gap between who you are and who God made you becomes visible.
Repentance
Turning — not just feeling sorry, but turning toward.
Belief
Faith as foundation. Not certainty — trust.
Obedience
The first acts of surrender. Formation begins in practice.
Abiding
Remaining in the Vine. Formation deepens through dependency.
Fruitfulness
The Spirit's fruit becomes visible to others.
Leadership
Carrying others — not by title, but by formation.
Multiplication
Transmission. What you received, you now give.
Formation Mirror
The Troika Score is a seasonal ABC diagnostic — not a grade, not a judgment. It is a mirror that shows you where your Attitude, Behavior, and Character are aligned and where the formation gap is widest. The result is a triangle: the shape of wholeness, or the shape of invitation.
Formation Mirror (9 questions)
Three per dimension — honest, formation-weighted, direct. Available to every TaMOS member.
Full Troika Score (64 items)
A comprehensive psychometric instrument across all 9 virtues (6 items each), with validity scales, fracture detection, and formation bands. Full plan members only.
Formation invitation
Each score points toward the room where the Shepherd meets the gap — and reflects back what the Spirit is already doing.
“The Troika Score is not a report card. It is a compass needle — pointing you toward the next faithful step.”
Troika Academy
The Troika Academy delivers 27 formation courses across three levels — each structured around the ABC model (Attitude · Behavior · Character) and the nine Fruit of the Spirit. Every course carries an acronym, a scripture, and a virtue. The Practitioner → Builder → Leader → Architect arc below describes the shape of the walk across the whole journey — it is not a title system. Levels are the shape of formation, not a ladder.
Level 1 · Practitioner
The foundational formation track. Attitude, Behavior, and Character introduced as an integrated whole. Beginning the walk with the whole person.
Level 2 · Builder
Formation in daily practice. Household rhythms, calling, consistency in behavior. Building what endures.
Level 3 · Leader
Character-forged leadership. Carrying others without losing yourself. Resilience, covenant, and faithfulness under pressure.
Level 4 · Architect
Covenant authority and transmission. Fruit-verified. Never automatic. Legacy, culture, and multiplying what was received.
Attitude Track
The Mind of Christ · D.R.E.A.M. · A.R.I.S.E.
Love · Joy · Peace
Behavior Track

Patience · Kindness · Goodness
Character Track
L.O.Y.A.L. · R.I.P. · W.I.N.
Faithfulness · Gentleness · Self-Control
+ T.R.O.I.K.A. Capstone — Integrates all three tracks. Formation is the metric, not completion.
Resurrection Rhythm
The 4th Day Reset is drawn from the Lazarus pattern in John 11. There are seasons when a person feels buried past the point of return — four days in, past hope by human reckoning. TaMOS names that room. The Shepherd meets burial language with resurrection vocabulary. The Father’s first question was not accusation. It was a search: “Where are you?”
Covenant Accountability
TaMOS includes a covenant accountability network — named companions who walk with you through the formation spine. Full plan members invite up to fifteen. TaMOS Lite members carry up to three. Not performance monitoring — the ancient pattern of named witnesses who know your stage and your gap.
Covenant circle of witnesses
Named witnesses — not followers, not coaches. Full plan: up to 15 partners. TaMOS Lite: up to 3. Every member receives the same pastoral care.
Seasonal formation check-ins
Honest rhythm. ABC-mapped reflection. Not metrics — presence.
Private and protected
Accountability records are yours. Audit-logged. Never exposed. Your walk is yours.
Shepherd-guided processing
The Shepherd helps you receive and process accountability responses through the formation lens.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.”
