Churches, schools, counseling practices, and organizations can participate in validation research. All members or staff take the assessment. The organization receives a free aggregate analysis— anonymous, never individual. Individual results remain private and are never shared with leadership.

Privacy is non-negotiable:No pastor, employer, or administrator can ever see an individual’s scores. Each person sees only their own results. Organizations receive only aggregate, anonymized data. Psychometric Foundation

The Troika Score Suite is built on a rigorous psychometric framework: 54 primary scoring items (6 per virtue × 9 virtues — 4 primary + 2 reverse-coded) plus 9 social desirability items. Three validity scales protect score integrity: social desirability (impression management), response consistency (intra-scale rcPair comparison), and internal reliability (Cronbach’s alpha).

The instrument follows the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (AERA/APA/NCME, 2014) and is under active validation with reliability evidence (alpha, omega, test-retest) and validity evidence (EFA, CFA, convergent, known-groups).
