Dr. Jose G. His ministry framework integrates the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23) into a leadership model where Attitude shapes climate, Behavior shapes culture, and Character shapes credibility — three dimensions that operate as one harnessed team, the way three horses pull a Russian troika together. Dr. J holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University, a Master of Divinity from Regent University, and a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a U.S. Navy combat veteran — USS South Carolina (CGN-37), part of the USS America carrier battle group during Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm (1990–1991) — and his veteran formation work, including the 4th Day Reset for moral injury, draws directly on that experience.
