Troika Leader comes out of Dr. Jose “Dr. J” Rodriguez's Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and 28+ years leading people and organizations. The thesis he could not shake: we harm leaders and teams when we scale influence faster than character. Troika Leader is the architecture for closing that gap.
