Training & Development
The Troika Leadership Academy equips leaders at every level through Christ-centered, formation-driven training — grounded in the ABC Leadership Model of Attitude, Behavior, and Character. Formation is the metric — not completion.
Formation Levels — The Jesus 3-Year Arc
Every level is a year of formation. The same nine virtues at three depths — never different content, only deeper formation. You do not advance by finishing courses. You advance by becoming.
"Come, follow me." · Matthew 4:19
Personal formation — who you are being formed into. The 9 virtues introduced as encounter. 9 courses + Capstone (Joshua 4 Memorial Stone).
"I have called you friends." · John 15:15
Leading others — how you carry people. The same 9 virtues under pressure, in relationship, in community. 9 courses + Capstone (Joshua 4:9 — stones in the middle).
"As the Father has sent me, I am sending you." · John 20:21
Reproducing formation — what you carry and reproduce in others. The same 9 virtues at mastery depth. 9 courses + the T.R.O.I.K.A. Master Capstone (the 9th and final Memorial Stone).
All 27 courses live in TaMOS · $19.99/course or semester access at tamos.troikaministries.org
Troika Academy Course Suite — 3 × 3 × 3
Twenty-seven formation courses structured around the ABC Leadership Model: 3 Levels × 3 Pillars (Attitude · Behavior · Character) × 3 Virtues per pillar. The same nine Fruit of the Spirit at three depths. All 27 live in TaMOS now.
Level 1 · Foundation — “Come, follow me.” (Matthew 4:19)
Level 1 · Attitude Track
· Agape · Love● Live in TaMOSPhilippians 2:5–11
The foundation of the entire formation arc. Phil 2:5 — "Have this mind among yourselves which is yours in Christ Jesus." Self-emptying love (kenosis) as the inner posture every other virtue rests on.
Level 1 · Attitude Track
· Chara · Joy● Live in TaMOSDare · Reach · Embrace · Align · Move
Proverbs 29:18 / Philippians 4:7
Learn to dream with God rather than apart from him. Reframes vision as a formation practice — the Spirit shaping not just what you hope for, but who you are becoming in the hoping.
Level 1 · Attitude Track
· Eirēnē · Peace● Live in TaMOSAwaken · Reframe · Ignite · Sustain · Establish
Romans 12:2 / Isaiah 40:31
Attitude is not mood. It is the inner compass formed by the Spirit over time. The difference between managed emotion and formed Attitude — cultivating peace as the ground of all leadership.
Level 1 · Behavior Track
· Makrothumia · Patience● Live in TaMOSFocus · Overcome · Recover · Commit · Endure
James 1:2–4 / 2 Corinthians 4:17
Pressure reveals formation — it does not create it. FORCE forms the resilience that keeps leaders faithful under load, building the capacity to endure without losing character.
Level 1 · Behavior Track
· Chrēstotēs · Kindness● Live in TaMOSHumble · Empower · Listen · Pour Out
Mark 10:45 / Philippians 2:3–4
Leadership is not about position — it is about posture. HELP forms the servanthood beneath every role, teaching leaders to lead through giving rather than extracting.
Level 1 · Behavior Track
· Agathōsunē · Goodness● Live in TaMOSAlign · Commit · Execute
Colossians 3:23 / Matthew 5:37
Behavior is what people encounter day after day. ACE forms the practical discipline of consistent, committed, Christ-honoring action — moving from good intentions to faithful execution.
Level 1 · Character Track
· Pistis · Faithfulness● Live in TaMOSLove Deeply · Own Your Word · Yield Your Will · Abide · Leave a Legacy
Proverbs 20:6 / 2 Timothy 2:13
Integrity is dependability, not perfection. LOYAL forms the faithful character that holds when the spotlight is off — the kind of leadership that outlasts the leader.
Level 1 · Character Track
· Prautēs · Gentleness● Live in TaMOSRelease · Invite · Persist
John 11:25 / Galatians 2:20
Fracture is signal, not verdict. RIP takes leaders into the most honest work of formation — the death of what was, the surrender of what must go, and the resurrection of who God called them to become.
Level 1 · Character Track
· Enkrateia · Self-Control● Live in TaMOSWalk It Out · Invest in Others · Never Quit
Galatians 6:9 / Ephesians 6:10
The empowered life is not the invincible life — it is the sustained life. WIN forms the quiet, steady, enduring power of the Spirit working through a person who keeps showing up.
Level 2 · Community — “I have called you friends.” (John 15:15)
Level 2 · Attitude Track
· Agape · Love● Live in TaMOS1 Corinthians 13:7
Love after the honeymoon. The kind that bears, believes, hopes, and endures all things — even with the difficult people who don't change.
Level 2 · Attitude Track
· Chara · Joy● Live in TaMOSHabakkuk 3:17–18
Joy that doesn't depend on results. "Though the fig tree does not bud... yet I will rejoice in the Lord."
Level 2 · Attitude Track
· Eirēnē · Peace● Live in TaMOSMatthew 5:9
Peace as posture and as practice — what it means to make peace, not just feel it. The peacemaker's vocation.
Level 2 · Behavior Track
· Makrothumia · Patience● Live in TaMOSExodus 14:13
"Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord." Patience is not passivity — it is the leader's most active discipline under pressure.
Level 2 · Behavior Track
· Chrēstotēs · Kindness● Live in TaMOSEphesians 4:15
"Speaking the truth in love." Kindness without backbone becomes flattery. Truth without kindness becomes violence. Both must be carried together.
Level 2 · Behavior Track
· Agathōsunē · Goodness● Live in TaMOSMatthew 6:3–4
"Do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing." The hidden goodness that needs no audience.
Level 2 · Character Track
· Pistis · Faithfulness● Live in TaMOSLuke 16:10
"Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much." Faithfulness in the boring season is the only kind that lasts.
Level 2 · Character Track
· Prautēs · Gentleness● Live in TaMOSNumbers 12:3
Moses — "more humble than any other person on the face of the earth" — and one of the most powerful leaders in Scripture. Strength under control.
Level 2 · Character Track
· Enkrateia · Self-Control● Live in TaMOS1 Samuel 24:6
David spared Saul. Self-control when you could win — the most counter-cultural virtue in any leadership context.
Level 3 · Multiplication — “As the Father has sent me.” (John 20:21)
Level 3 · Attitude Track
· Agape · Love● Live in TaMOSJohn 15:12–13
"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends." Love that produces more lovers — formation that reproduces.
Level 3 · Attitude Track
· Chara · Joy● Live in TaMOSIsaiah 40:31 / Nehemiah 8:10
"The joy of the Lord is your strength." Joy that not only sustains you — but lifts the people around you when they cannot lift themselves.
Level 3 · Attitude Track
· Eirēnē · Peace● Live in TaMOSJohn 20:21
"Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, I am sending you." Peace as the prerequisite for sending — the commissioning posture.
Level 3 · Behavior Track
· Makrothumia · Patience● Live in TaMOS2 Timothy 2:2
"Entrust to faithful people who will be qualified to teach others." Patience long enough to disciple disciplers — the multiplication mandate.
Level 3 · Behavior Track
· Chrēstotēs · Kindness● Live in TaMOSLuke 6:38
"Give, and it will be given to you." Kindness that doesn't just bless — it builds capacity in others.
Level 3 · Behavior Track
· Agathōsunē · Goodness● Live in TaMOSMicah 6:8
"Act justly, love mercy, walk humbly with your God." Goodness lived so consistently it becomes a wordless witness.
Level 3 · Character Track
· Pistis · Faithfulness● Live in TaMOSGalatians 6:2
"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." Faithfulness strong enough to bear weight that isn't yours.
Level 3 · Character Track
· Prautēs · Gentleness● Live in TaMOSMatthew 11:29
"Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart." The gentleness that doesn't burden — it liberates.
Level 3 · Character Track
· Enkrateia · Self-Control● Live in TaMOSProverbs 16:32
"Better a patient person than a warrior, one with self-control than one who takes a city." The mastery of self that becomes the credential for leading others.
