The Troika Score is a formation assessment, not a performance test. Your answers belong to you first. We do not share, sell, or use your individual responses to make decisions about you. The results of this assessment are for your reflection.
What we collect + how it is stored
Your 63 responses, email, faith background, and (if applicable) industry/role are stored in Troika's private database. We use the email only to send your results and optional formation follow-up from Dr. J. Your email is never linked to your individual scores in any published analysis; it is separated from your response data before any research use.
Research contribution (this is what you are opting into)
By checking the box below, you agree to let your de-identified responses contribute to the Troika Score Validation Study — ongoing psychometric work that ensures the instrument remains reliable across church, marketplace, and clinical contexts. Only aggregate statistics (means, distributions, correlations) are ever published, with a minimum cell size of ten respondents. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@troikaministries.org.
