How It Works
Contact Dr. J to enroll your church in the data collection program. We'll send you a shareable assessment link.
Share the assessment link with your congregation. Each person takes the 63-item Troika Assessment (10-15 minutes, completely private).
When enough responses are collected (minimum 20 recommended), we generate your aggregate formation profile. No individual scores are ever shared.
Dr. J schedules a call or visit to present findings, discuss the formation landscape, and recommend a preaching series tailored to your congregation.
